Cancellation and Refund Policy

Deposit and Refund Policy:

Application fees and deposits are non-refundable and required to hold your camper’s spot. Tuition fees are refundable until March 31, 2018. Fees are only refundable after March 31, 2018 in the event of a medical or family emergency that makes attendance at Camp Kee Tov impossible.

*If you cancel after March 31, 2017 but we are able to fill your spot before the start of the session, we will refund you all but the non-refundable application fee and $100 deposit.

2018 School Refund Policy:

In light of Oakland and Piedmont Unified School Districts drastically changing their calendars, we have updated our school refund policy- please read it carefully!

You may apply to receive a partial refund when your child misses camp because their school starts before the end of the conclusion of Session 2. For each day your child misses camp for this reason, Camp Keep Tov will issue you a refund equal to 50% of your daily camp tuition, up to a maximum refund equal to the cost of five full days of camp.

Refunds are not available for days missed due to family vacations, illness or other conflicts.

For example: if your child misses four days of camp because their school starts before camp ends, you will receive a refund equal to the cost of two days of camp. If your child misses eleven days of camp because their school starts before camp ends, you would receive the maximum refund equal to the cost of five days of camp.

All school refunds must be requested before September 7, 2018. The request form will be sent out during second session. You will not receive a school refund unless a request has been submitted by September 7.
